The role manages planning parties, coordinates stakeholders, ensures schedules, quality, and cost-effectiveness, reviews planning results, aligns project objectives, handles disruptions, and steers sustainability targets. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, relevant planning and project-coordination experience, knowledge of the planning process and construction execution, strong organizational and communication skills, and leadership ability.
