VERO is hiring an Engineering and Operations Budget Manager to lead the annual budget cycle for its Engineering and Operations Directorate. The role owns bottom-up and CAPEX budgeting, driver-based assumptions, zero-based budgeting, expense-investment segregation, budget baselines and change control, monthly actuals analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in operational or financial planning or project management, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and team-management ability.
