Description
The Planning Program & Implementation Director will lead the implementation, tracking, reporting, and refinement of the Citywide Racial Equity Plan across 25 or more City agencies. The role supervises four to five managers, coordinates with agency partners and MOERJ leadership, develops technical assistance and training, maintains planning and performance tools, and advances equitable program and investment strategies. The position offers a cash compensation range of $120,000-$130,000 and requires a baccalaureate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
