Description
The Planning Program & Implementation Director will lead the implementation, tracking, reporting, and refinement of the Citywide Racial Equity Plan across 25 or more City agencies. The role supervises four to five managers, develops technical assistance and training practices, maintains planning and performance tools, coordinates with city agencies and MOERJ leadership, and advances equitable program and investment strategies. The position offers a cash compensation range of $120,000-$130,000 and requires a baccalaureate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
