HDR is hiring a Planning Project Manager for its Water Business Group to lead water supply planning projects, including budgets, schedules, project execution plans, client and stakeholder coordination, proposal and contract work, and planning or preliminary design efforts. The role supervises project engineers, scientists, and subcontractors, manages project risks and deviations, and may require out-of-office travel with occasional evening and overnight assignments. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, at least seven years of related experience, at least two years of project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to interact with design teams.
