Description
The Planning/Project Manager (Building Services) – Electrical Engineering will plan, supervise, and accept electrical installation, building management systems, power supply, lighting, security and communication technology, building automation, and KNX systems. The role coordinates project stakeholders, prepares cost budgets, supports maintenance, and participates in on-call building-services service. Candidates need technical electrical training, practical experience in planning, site supervision, or project management, knowledge of electrical standards and building services, organizational and cost-management skills, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to travel approximately 30% within Germany and occasionally internationally.
