Description
The Planning Specialist coordinates production planning for customer-specific programs and catalog items, using MRP/ERP systems to align demand, capacity, materials, and inventory. The role partners with Forecasting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Shipping, Marketing, and Sales to monitor program status, resolve scheduling and material issues, track finished goods, and support on-time delivery. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, while two or more years of production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
