Description
KOMPASS employee role responsible for completing scheduled weekly plan-o-gram section resets in a Kroger grocery store. The work includes reading schematics, collecting tags and products, rearranging shelving and merchandise, cleaning the work area, reporting completion, assisting customers, working independently, and following safety, productivity, communication, and timekeeping guidelines. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, fluency in English, a smartphone with internet/data access, personal tape measure and safety gloves, retail experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding lifting and reaching tasks.
