Description
IPG is hiring a Plant Assistant to safely start and operate cast-line equipment, assist with changeovers, inspect and measure finished products, monitor production controls, perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs, record quality and production metrics, and coach assistants and helpers. The role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, intermediate math and English communication skills, computer and paperwork experience, and the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours, work in a space-limited area, and lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
