Description
IPG is hiring a Plant Assistant Operator to assist with the safe start-up and operation of a Cast Line, including machine engagement, feed operation, changeovers, product inspection, control adjustments, quality and production recording, and minor equipment maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, intermediate math and English communication skills, general computer knowledge, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment. Two or more years of manufacturing experience is preferred, and the position is hourly and non-exempt.
