CF Industries is hiring a Plant Controller to provide financial oversight, accurate financial and operational reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and management of accounting processes for a manufacturing plant. The role supervises professional accounting and clerical staff, manages capital and maintenance spending, inventory costing, accounts payable, journal entries, fixed assets, and cost analysis, and serves as a financial business partner to plant and corporate management. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 10 years of supervisory manufacturing accounting experience are required; the estimated base pay is $111,400–$156,800, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
