Description
Baxter is hiring a Plant Controller for its Medina, New York manufacturing facility. Reporting to the ISC Finance Director and serving on the Plant Leadership Team, the role provides financial leadership and decision support across the plant’s operations, including financial records, GAAP and SOX compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance and cash-flow accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional process improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least seven years of manufacturing, supply chain, or related operational finance experience, and strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, capital investment analysis, and financial controls. It is based onsite with a flexible workplace policy requiring a minimum number of onsite days, and the estimated base salary is $112,000 to $154,000 annually.
