Baxter is hiring an onsite Plant Controller for its Batesville, Indiana manufacturing facility. The role leads plant financial operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; standard costing, inventory accounting, COGS, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, manufacturing performance analysis, internal controls, and SOX compliance. It partners with the Plant Manager and site leadership, supports the distribution entity, and collaborates with corporate finance teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive finance or accounting experience, and expertise in manufacturing finance and ERP systems. The estimated base salary is $112,000 to $154,000, with discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
