Description
Bosch is hiring a Plant Controller at its Juarez plant to support cost center controlling, product costing, benchmarking, variance analysis, reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment. The role reports directly to the plant controller and requires at least five years of financial controlling experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing or a related industry, along with SAP R/3 experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
