Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; alternatively, 12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years of related finance experience supporting plant leadership, business decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and operational performance management.
Experience influencing senior leaders and driving business results through financial analysis and operational partnership.
Experience serving in a leadership capacity, including leading cross-functional teams, managing business continuity efforts, or acting as a deputy for site or functional leadership.
Preferred Qualifications: Food, consumer packaged goods, or pharmaceutical experience.
SAP experience and ERP implementation experience.
Experience in a continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environment.
Experience creating, developing, and implementing KPIs.
