Description
The Plant Controller will act as a commercial sparring partner to plant management, owning budget planning, forecasts, and short- and medium-term company planning. The role analyzes business KPIs, identifies optimization opportunities, develops production and cost-controlling processes, improves manufacturing-cost and productivity reporting, and leads a small controlling team. Candidates need a relevant degree, manufacturing plant-controlling experience, strong cost-accounting and forecasting knowledge, SAP and Excel proficiency, and leadership or team-responsibility experience.
