Description
The employer is hiring a Plant Controller to build and develop the controlling function at its Mittenwalde production site during a transformation into a production service provider. The role serves as a business partner between plant management and corporate controlling, covering cost accounting, profit-center control, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, Power BI reporting, and the establishment of a plant cockpit. Candidates need a business administration or commercial qualification, at least three years of plant or production controlling experience, knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems, and proficiency with Power BI and Excel.
