PFX Group is hiring a full-time Plant Controller for its Freehold, New Jersey manufacturing facility. The role oversees plant financial operations, budgets, reporting, cost control, compliance, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, inventory controls, audits, capital projects, and operational performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA certification, and typically 5–7 years of Plant Controller or Plant Accounting Leadership experience. The position is fully on-site Monday through Friday and offers an annual salary of $130,000–$150,000, along with health, retirement, paid time off, and tuition assistance benefits.
