Description
The Plant Controller is accountable for the financial integrity, accuracy, and completeness of plant operations results and for safeguarding plant assets. The role leads accounting, reporting, inventory control, forecasting, budgeting, capital expenditure analysis, cost analysis, internal controls, audits, and working capital activities; manages direct reports; and supports plant management and business-unit finance teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 5–7 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, manufacturing or costing experience, staff management experience, and a CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation.
