The role manages direct reports and collaborates with plant management, manufacturing accounting, supply chain finance, and other controllers. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 5–7 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, manufacturing/costing and staff-management experience, and a CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation. The position pays $130,223–$156,445 plus performance-based bonuses and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
