Description
The Plant Controller serves as the senior finance leader for a food manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to manage financial reporting, month-end close, cost accounting, inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and internal controls. The role translates operational activity into financial insights, supports profitability and productivity initiatives, prepares management reporting and KPIs, and develops financial capability within the plant. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is required, while manufacturing finance experience, ERP systems, advanced Excel, and relevant credentials are preferred.
