Description
Sika is hiring an experienced Plant Controller for its Gastonia manufacturing site in North Carolina. The role provides financial leadership, establishes and maintains manufacturing accounting processes, oversees month-end closing and MIS reporting, analyzes manufacturing costs and variances, supports EBIT improvement initiatives, and manages inventory accuracy and physical inventory procedures. The position requires 5–7 years of plant and cost accounting experience, a four-year degree or related experience, SAP S4/Hana and Hyperion knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
