Standard Bots is hiring a full-time, on-site Plant Controller at its Glen Cove, New York manufacturing facility. The role owns plant financial reporting, monthly close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and audit support, while partnering with the Plant Manager, Operations, Procurement, and corporate Finance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of progressive accounting or finance experience including two years in manufacturing or plant finance, strong GAAP and cost-accounting knowledge, ERP/MRP experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. The salary range is $150,000 to $170,000, with employee stock options and medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
