US Tech Solutions is staffing a Plant Controller for a five-month assignment with possible extension in a $100 million opto-mechanical defense and imaging manufacturing operation. The role owns plant financial integrity, internal controls, cost accounting, managerial accounting, ERP/MES reporting, audit-ready analysis, and production-performance reporting. It requires at least seven years of cost and managerial accounting experience in complex discrete manufacturing, a demonstrated track record building and enforcing internal controls, strong ERP/MES fluency, and a bachelor’s degree.
