Description
The Plant Controller will analyze and monitor production and company KPIs, perform cost, plan-vs-actual, and variance analyses, prepare reports and management presentations, evaluate manufacturing costs and production orders, identify efficiency improvements, and support ad-hoc business analyses. The role requires a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, professional controlling experience preferably in a production environment, knowledge of cost accounting and variance analysis, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation abilities.
