JBS USA is seeking a Plant Controller to lead accounting and financial control activities at its Souderton, Pennsylvania plant. The role manages the plant accounting team, oversees payables, invoicing, budgeting, expense reporting, inventory reconciliation, weekly profit-and-loss reporting, variance analysis, capital spending and payback analysis, purchasing-related controls, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and profitability insights for plant leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least five years of accounting experience or equivalent knowledge, along with accounting principles expertise, computer skills, and strong people skills.
