Description
The Plant Controller, Manager will serve as a finance business partner to plant leadership, supporting strategic decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial performance management, cash-flow, inventory, and CAPEX analysis. The role also supports business transformation, operational improvement, investment projects, financial governance, and regional and global activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, audit, or a similar role, strong analytical and Excel skills, and fluent English.
