Description
The employer is seeking a hands-on Plant Development Engineer to commission, support, and continuously develop a newly purchased hot stamping plant. The role combines project planning, process optimization, capacity expansion, production ramp-ups, quality and process-data analysis, trials, and coordination with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, toolmaking, suppliers, and external partners. The position requires technical training or a relevant engineering degree, experience in forming or hot-forming production, CAD knowledge, and strong communication skills.
