Description
The Plant EHS Manager leads safety and environmental programs at a metal casting plant, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, managing workplace assessments, training, medical surveillance, stormwater and cooling-water inspections, environmental permits, spill and emergency responses, and incident learning. The role requires a degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science, or a related discipline, plus 1–3 years of safety and environmental program experience in a heavy industrial environment, and works 50% in the office and 50% on the plant floor.
