Description
The Plant Engineer supports the Plant Manager and Maintenance Department by managing capital projects, installing equipment, developing SOPs and preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical failures, upgrading process-control technology, and recommending equipment changes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least two years of manufacturing experience, PLC programming, AutoCAD, and industrial-electricity knowledge, with up to 25% domestic travel and no hybrid work eligibility. Compensation is $111,744 to $139,680 or higher, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
