Cleveland Steel Container is hiring a Plant Engineer for its Quakertown, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. The role combines process engineering, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, reliability and continuous improvement, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve manufacturing performance and reduce downtime. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance engineering, or related experience, along with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, automation, CMMS, Lean, and Six Sigma systems.
