Comar is hiring a Plant Engineer for its flagship Buena, New Jersey plant. The role leads capital infrastructure projects, supports operations and product design, troubleshoots production and automation issues, improves safety and efficiency, and helps standardize equipment, tooling, and maintenance programs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in packaging technology, engineering, or a related field, four years of process engineering or technical manufacturing experience in the plastics industry, and four years of project management experience. Preferred qualifications include injection-molding facility experience, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification, and CAD software experience.
