Description
O-I is hiring a Plant Engineer for its Brampton plant to manage maintenance of production equipment, furnaces, electrical systems, buildings, and grounds; ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations; coordinate repairs, upgrades, projects, and outside contracting; supervise and train electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical personnel; oversee the apprenticeship program; and lead continuous improvement, energy savings, and operational reliability initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of maintenance or engineering management experience in manufacturing, CMMS experience, and strong leadership and project-management skills. The expected salary is $120,000–$160,000 plus a possible 18% quarterly incentive bonus, with medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage among the benefits.
