Description
The Plant Engineer reports to the Plant Manager and leads plant maintenance reliability, safety, compliance, equipment uptime, capital projects, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The role manages and develops maintenance personnel, applies root-cause analysis and reliability tools, and supports plant leadership. It is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, requires at least three years of plant maintenance leadership experience or five years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and offers an annual base salary of $104,800 to $117,900 plus a 12.5% target bonus.
