Description
The Plant Engineer will lead maintenance and engineering activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant, overseeing capital projects, maintenance systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, equipment troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and the maintenance team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least eight years of relevant experience, food manufacturing experience, project or team leadership experience, and advanced mechanical or electrical technical skills.
