Description
The Plant Engineering Manager leads engineering solutions, equipment systems, and facility designs for a Midwest dairy manufacturing plant, supporting food safety, product quality, process reliability, safety, cost management, and continuous improvement. The role supervises controls technicians, leads engineering and capital projects, collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Sanitation teams, and provides coaching to the Reliability Center of Excellence. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or 10+ years of progressive manufacturing technical experience, plus at least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
