Description
Arclin USA is hiring a Plant Engineering Manager for its Tacoma, Washington manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role oversees plant assets, capital projects, maintenance resources, equipment specifications, automation and controls, and engineering analysis. The position requires at least five years of plant maintenance, engineering, or project engineering experience in chemical or paper manufacturing, leadership experience, and availability for after-hours emergencies. Preferred qualifications include TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, professional engineering registration, and PSM program experience.
