Description
Forvia is hiring a Plant FES (Faurecia Excellence System) and Productivity Manager to lead FES deployment and training, support production systems and digital tools, reduce lead times and waste, improve MOD, MFC, scrap, yield, and DLE/DLP performance, and promote continuous improvement across the plant. The role requires at least three years of managerial experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or a similar field, fluent English, and strong coaching, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the salary range is USD 100,000–115,000.
