Molex is hiring a Plant Finance Controller to lead the finance function for its Busbar manufacturing operation in Monee, Illinois. The role owns the monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, standard costing, variance analysis, internal controls, KPI management, and business-partner activities supporting revenue, gross profit, working capital, customer profitability, capital investment decisions, and value engineering. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive finance experience, and expertise in manufacturing accounting and financial modeling; a CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred. The position pays $120,000–$140,000 per year and includes variable bonus potential and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
