Description
United Infrastructure is seeking a full-time, permanent Plant Fitter for their Transmission & Distribution division. This hybrid/mobile role involves carrying out mechanical maintenance and repairs on specialized overhead line plant and equipment, conducting pre-use inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring efficient and safe operations. The individual will support mobilization and demobilization of plant, order and fit replacement parts, and maintain accurate service records. A minimum of 24 weeks of on-site training in Darlington, County Durham, is required before independent operation.
