Description
PCA is hiring a Plant Floor Support Worker to assist with manufacturing operations, increase productivity, reduce downtime and waste, and support plant and facilities work. The role requires following safety and lockout/tagout procedures, maintaining equipment under 5S standards, working overtime and weekends, and being available for second- and third-shift work. A high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and a good attendance record are required; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. The starting pay is $20.18 per hour plus a $0.70 shift differential, with annual performance-based bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
