Description
PCA is hiring a Plant Floor Support Worker to support a manufacturing operation by assisting with plant and facilities work, increasing productivity, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining equipment and shop standards, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, weekends, and second or third shifts, and authorization to work in the United States. Experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred. Compensation is $20.00 to $26.41 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
