Home Chef is hiring a Senior Manager of Human Resources to align HR strategy with business goals, lead plant-level HR activities, manage the Plant HR team, coach employees and managers, support organizational design and talent development, and partner with Plant leadership. The role requires at least five years of manufacturing HR experience, two years managing HR staff, a related bachelor’s degree, and 10% travel. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) program, with a California base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 USD.
