Forvia is hiring an experienced Plant HSE Coordinator for its Louisville, Kentucky plant in the Clean Mobility Division. The role analyzes site risks, develops annual HSE action plans, supports management and employees, monitors legal and environmental compliance, manages regulatory relations, tracks HSE indicators, conducts audits and training, investigates accidents, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent industrial HSE experience, plant or industrial experience, knowledge of HSE tools and regulations, and fluency in English. The position requires physical work in a production environment, including lifting up to 30 pounds and wearing personal protective equipment, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
