The role involves implementing and reviewing the HSE management system, monitoring regulatory compliance, driving HSE culture and improvement initiatives, leading compliance self-assessments and audits, analyzing accidents and incidents, tracking corrective actions, and coordinating regulatory checks and emergency preparedness. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent significant industrial experience, HSE risk and environmental-impact assessment knowledge, familiarity with applicable regulations and standards, HSE management-system auditing experience, intermediate English, and autonomous, proactive, rigorous judgment.
