Description
The Plant Labor - Block II supports daily production at a concrete block manufacturing facility by setting up and maintaining production equipment, preparing batches and molds, inspecting finished products, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role is full-time, non-exempt, and may require overtime; it is physically demanding and involves outdoor and indoor work, heavy lifting, dust exposure, and personal protective equipment. Prior concrete block production experience and familiarity with concrete admixtures, mold systems, and batch production are preferred, while a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
