Description
The Plant Maintenance and Reliability Manager will lead day-to-day maintenance and asset management for a distillation refinery in Rincon, Georgia, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role manages maintenance budgets, the SAP PM program, capital investment, predictive maintenance technologies, reliability tools, MRO inventory, outside contractors, and OPEX and CAPEX budgets while providing leadership to maintenance and instrumentation technicians. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline is preferred but not required, and the position offers a base salary of $132,000–$145,000 plus incentive pay and other benefits.
