Description
The Plant Tech Mechanic supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of ready-mix concrete production equipment and heavy-duty fleet assets. The role inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on batching systems, conveyors, mixers, electrical and hydraulic components, heavy trucks, construction equipment, and diesel machinery; performs welding, fabrication, and metal repairs; maintains records; and supports plant upgrades and equipment modifications. It is a full-time, on-site position requiring occasional evening and weekend work, with no remote work and no travel.
