Description
Phlow is hiring a Manufacturing Plant Maintenance Engineer to maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing process and support equipment, including reactors, dryers, vacuum systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and other machinery. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, equipment installation and commissioning, documentation and compliance, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of GMP, OSHA, CMMS, and related engineering systems. The position offers a $100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus bonus and stock option programs, along with medical, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and education benefits.
