The Plant Maintenance Tech will lead and support maintenance operations for a cabinetry manufacturing facility in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, corrective maintenance, maintenance documentation, vendor coordination, spare parts management, safety compliance, and team leadership. The role requires at least three years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with cabinetry or related manufacturing experience preferred, and offers a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus benefits.
